- 2 cups whole wheat flour (atta)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- Ghee or oil for frying
Instructions Of Anda Paratha:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, a pinch of salt, and enough water to make a smooth and soft dough. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest for about 25-30 minutes.
2. In another bowl, whisk the eggs and add chopped onions, coriander leaves, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well to make the egg filling.
3. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll them into small balls.
4. Take a ball of dough and roll it into a small 3 to 4 inch layer.
5. Heat a tava or griddle and place the rolled dough disc on it. Cook for a minute or two until it puffs up slightly.
