Ingredients of Banana Shake:

- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 mugs of cold milk
- 2-3 spoons of sugar (according to taste)
-1/2 tablespoon vanilla essence (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
- Whipped cream and banana slices for garnish (optional).

Instructions for Banana Shake:


1. Before making the banana shake, peel the bananas and cut them into small pieces. After that, if you like a thick banana shake, cut the bananas and put them in the fridge to freeze for a while. If you don't like the shake, you can use it as you like.
2. After cutting the banana into pieces, put it in a blender and then add cold milk to it. If you want to make the banana shake creamy, use low-fat milk.
3. After putting the banana and milk in the grinder, add sugar according to your calculation. Starting with two spoons, you can add sugar according to your taste. You can add honey, vanilla extract or whatever you like to the test. After adding all these things, grind the mixture well for one to one and a half minutes until the whole mixture is uniform. 

4. After the mixture is crushed, now add small pieces of ice. If you like a colder banana milkshake, add small pieces of ice to the mixture and grind it with banana. The milkshake gets colder and if you prefer it plain, you can add ice later.
5. Blend the banana milkshake mixture until smooth and creamy, this should take about a minute and a half.
6. If you find it less sweet, then grind it one more time after adding according to the test, then your delicious and tasty homemade banana milkshake will be ready to be milkshake. After that, pour them into a glass and add cream and banana slices on top for decoration.
8. If you want to make your banana milkshake even more delicious, then add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to it, which will give a creamy texture to the milkshake, and you can also sprinkle a little bit of jaggery.
