Ingredients of Mix Vegetable Raita:
Nestle Milk Pak Dahi 1 Packet
Black pepper greasepaint 1/2tbsp.
swab 1/2 tsp
Onion (diced) 1/2 mug
Cucumber (diced) 1/2 mug
Tomatoes (diced) 1/2 mug
Green chillies (diced) 1tbsp.
Ingredients of Boondi Raita:
Water (for dulling) as needed
Cold water (for boiling) as needed
Nestle Milk Pak Dahi 1 Packet
Black pepper greasepaint 1/2tbsp.
swab 1/2 tsp
oil painting (for frying) 3tbsp.
Cumin (for curry) 1tbsp.
Red total button chillies (for curry) 6-7
Diced garlic (for curry) 1tbsp.
Curry leaves (for curry) 5-6
Ingredients of Bondi Raita
Gram flour 2 mugs
swab 1/2 tsp
One and a half mugs of water
oil painting 1tbsp.
Nestle Milk Pak Dahi 1 Packet
Cumin 1/2 tbsp.
Chaat masala 1/2tbsp.
swab 1/2 tsp
Coriander (diced) 1/4 mug.
How to Make Raita in 3 Ways:
