Chapli Kabab is one of the delicious and tasty dishes.  which is found in most of the culturally rich areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in different parts of Pakistan and Afghanistan. People of Peshawar also love this Chapli Kebab and eat it with great enthusiasm, so it is popularly known as Peshawari Chapli Kebab. This delicious and tasty dish is a variety of kebabs.  And its distinctive shape is round, Chapl -like, or sandal-like, hence it is called "Chapli kabab".

Chapli Kabab is a favorite especially among children.  Which children eat very fondly.  Chapli kebabs can also be made and stored up.  Be it lunch or dinner or any events Chapli Kabab can be easily fried and served.  With which you can make your family and guests happy and win their hearts. Chapli Kabab are as tasty and delicious as they are easy to make.

The main ingredients in preparing Chapli Kebab are ground meat which is usually beef, goat or chicken, any kind of meat can be used.  Which is prepared by mixing aromatic spices with finely chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, garlic, and ginger, coriander leaves to make a rich and flavorful Chapli Kebab.  Chapli Kebab is a different type of all kebabs.

While preparing Chapli Kebab, special care should be taken to mix the minced meat and spices evenly so that the spices of Chapli Kebab are prepared uniformly and the time of frying the Chapli Kebab should also be taken care of so that the heat is equal.  So that the kabab pan is evenly uniform.  This increases the taste of the kebab.

So let's go to the recipe. 

Chapli Kababs require a few ingredients to make which are:

Ingredients of Chapli Kabab Masala:

 - 500 grams of minced meat (beef or chicken)

 - 1 medium onion, finely chopped

 - 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped

 - 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced

 1-inch piece of ginger, chopped.

 - 1 teaspoon of coriander powder

 - 1 teaspoon cumin powder

 - 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (as per taste)

 - 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder

 - 1/2 teaspoon garam masala

 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh red chilies (coriander leaves)

 - 1/4 cup mint leaves finely chopped

 - 1 egg, beaten

 - 2-3 tablespoons of basin (chickpea flour)

 - Salt to taste

 - Oil for frying

Chapli Kabab Recipe:

Step # 1:

In a large mixing bowl or bowl, combine ground meat, or minced meat, If the water is well drained. Then in it chopped onion, green chilies, chopped garlic, ginger, coriander powder, cumin powder, cayenne pepper, turmeric powder, hot spices, chopped red chilies, and mint. Combine the leaves and mix well.

Step # 2:

Special care should be taken while mixing the spices in the preparation for Chapli Kebab that the spice test should be uniform.

Then add eggs and besan to the prepared mixture. and mix again. Until the material of Chapli Kebab is collected. The basin helps to combine the prepared mixture.

Then add salt as per taste to the mixture and mix again and keep it for about 15 to 20 minutes. This allows the gram flour to absorb the moisture in the mixture and makes the Chapli Kebab more flavorful.

Now make small portions of the mixture and shape them into flat, round patties, or whatever shape you like and place them in a tray.

Step # 3:

Once the mixture is ready, take a pan and heat the cooking oil or ghee on medium flame. After it is hot, carefully take the Chapli Kebab in the pan and keep it. And let the kebab cook well for about five to six minutes. Or let them cook on medium heat till the Chapli kebabs turn golden brown.

After cooking the Chapli kebabs, put a tissue or paper in a plate or tray and take out the fried Chapli kebabs in it. Absorbs tissue and crazy excess oil.

After the Chapli kebabs are ready, serve them hot with naan, roti, rice, mint chutney or onion and dashes of your choice.
