Corrot Halwa Recipe:

Gajar ka Halwa, a popular Indian dessert, is a delectable and comforting treat made primarily from grated carrots, sugar, ghee (clarified butter), and milk. To prepare this classic dish, carrots are meticulously grated and cooked in ghee until they release their natural sweetness. Simultaneously, milk is added gradually, allowing the carrots to absorb it, resulting in a rich and creamy texture. The addition of sugar enhances the sweetness, while cardamom lends a fragrant note.

The dish is often adorned with chopped nuts like almonds and pistachios, adding a delightful crunch. The slow-cooking process intensifies the flavors, and the end result is a luscious, caramelized carrot pudding that embodies the essence of Indian comfort cuisine.
