- Semolina: 1 cup
- Sugar: 1 cup
- Ghee: 2 tbsp
- Milk: 2 cups
- Lost: ½ cup
- Khopra: 2 tbsp

- Pistachios: 1 tablespoon (breasted)

1. Dissolve sugar in milk and keep aside.
