 **Bakery Style Coffee Cake**

 **Ingredients**

 - Coffee 3 tbsp Add to Taste 
 - Light brown sugar: 1 cup
 - Butter: ½ cup
 - Egg: 2 pcs
 - Vanilla essence: 1 teaspoon
 - Flour: 2 cups
 - Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
 - Milk: 1 cup
 - Whipped Cream 1 Cup.

 **Method:**

 1. Heat the wool to 180 degrees.
 2. Mix light brown sugar , Coffee and butter in a bowl to make a round mixture.
 3. Whisk the eggs into a ball and add to the mixture.
 4. Add vanilla essence and mixed 
 5. Sift the flour and baking powder into this mixture and mix well.
 6. Add milk and mix gently to dissolve.
 7. Grease a cake cutting coating and pour the mixture into it smooth.
 8. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until the cake is cooked and shiny.
9. Beat the cream well. Cut the cake into 3 layers. After cutting the cake, apply the cream and then place the second layer of the cake and then apply the cream and decorate as you wish.
