Ingredients For Mango Ice Cream:


- 2 cups of ripe mango pulp (from about 2-3 ripe mangoes)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup of condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions For Mango Ice Cream Recipe:


1. Wash the mangoes well, after washing, peel them and cut them into small pieces and grind them in a blender for three to four minutes so that the pulp of the mangoes is crushed well. The quantity of mangoes should be about two mugs.


2. After grinding the mangoes, take a bowl, add cream in it and grind it until it becomes hard and drop it down with the help of a spoon to see if it falls or not. Just grind the cream till then. You can also use an electric beater or a hand beater.
3. Grind the mango puree and the prepared cream well until it changes in color, then add condensed milk, vanilla essence and sugar according to your taste and mix well again until smooth Grand.

4. After the mango ice cream mixture is ready, put it in a plastic box or three boxes, whichever you have at home.
