Ingredients For Rava Laddu:

- 1 cup semolina (rava)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup ghee (clarified butter)
- 1/4 cup cashews, chopped
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 2-3 tablespoons milk

Instructions For Rava Laddu Recipe: ( Suji ke Laddu):

1. Heat ghee in a pan and roast the semolina on low flame until it turns golden brown. Ensure it doesn't burn.

2. Add chopped cashews and raisins to the roasted semolina. Continue to roast until the cashews turn golden.

3. Once the mixture is ready, switch off the flame and keep the mixture aside to cool for sometime.

4. Add powdered sugar, cardamom powder, and mix well.

5. Gradually add warm milk to the mixture and combine until you get a smooth, firm dough-like consistency.



6. Allow the mixture to cool a bit more, so it's easy to handle.

7. Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round laddus with your hands.
