- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup ghee (clarified butter)
- A pinch of baking soda
- 2-3 tablespoons milk (as needed to form a soft dough)
- Oil or ghee for deep frying
For Sugar Syrup:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- A pinch of cardamom powder
- A few strands of saffron (optional)

1. In a mixing bowl, combine milk powder, all-purpose flour, ghee, and baking soda.
2. Add milk gradually to form a soft dough. Take special care that it is not too sticky.
3. Cut the Gulab Jamon dough into small pieces and then make balls out of it.

5. Fry the balls until they turn golden brown, turning them for even cooking.
6. In a separate pan, combine sugar and water for the syrup. Then boil the sugar, cook until the sugar dissolves and becomes a syrup
